News is awaited on an exact reopening date for the Spalding branch of Italian restaurant chain Prezzo.

The branch, in Broad Street, closed along with the company's other outlets across the country as the coronavirus pandemic hit.

A number of other branches have reopened across the UK, but Spalding's restaurant is one of those still closed at present.

We contacted Prezzo's media office and were told that we would be notified as soon as there is news on further reopenings.

However, Prezzo's website states that the restaurant will reopen 'late summer'.
