Spalding Primary School closed following heavy rains after drains blocked

A Spalding school is closed today (Tues) after its toilets became blocked due to torrential rain overnight.

Parents and carers have been informed that Spalding Primary School in Woolram Wygate will remain shut until the problem has been fixed.

A spokesperson for the school told us that the decision was made to close the school today as none of the toilets can be used.

Anglian Water has been contacted to ensure the problem is fixed.
